Parts Store ORDERING & SHIPPING INFORMATION

February 1, 2023 - At this time we have a number of products both low in inventory and out of stock. For the time being we will only be taking orders via phone so we can advise of inventory status or possible delays. Everything on the website is subsequently marked out of stock. Due to the considerable paperwork, voluminous correspondence, risks and costs associated with international sales, we do not accept orders for custom revolver services, complete guns or parts beyond the borders of the United States.

Returns will only be accepted of parts in like-new condition. Any modified or damaged parts will not be accepted for return or exchange. In addition, any returned parts will incur a 15% restocking fee to be deducted from any refund.

Deliveries to the lower 48 states are via USPS. For Alaska and Hawaii, or expedited orders, please call our parts department at (865) 981-8869 for assistance and rate information.

Rates are automatically computed from current UPS and USPS rate charts and our part shipping weights. Both carriers round up to the next pound in their computations (1 lb. minimum). A handling and packaging charge is also automatically added to each order ($3.00 for UPS and $4.00 for the USPS).

In cases of small items (lanyard rings, base pins, etc.) of less than about $100 value, orders will be mailed to the billing/mailing address with charges generally $8.00 for post/insurance/handling.

Insurance is automatically added to UPS/USPS shipments of over $100. Rates are usually $.90 per $100 of value. For your protection and security, shipments, whether by mail or common carrier, will carry tracking or delivery confirmation status. At our election, some packages will also require signatures to release.
