Redhawk/GP100 Dovetail front sight blank

The Redhawk/GP100 dovetail blade blanks are perfect for crafting any variety of custom front sight. Ruger has replaced the traditional hand detachable front sight blade on the Redhawk and GP100 models with a dovetail setup. This design can be found on some of the transitional forged barrels as well as the newer composite barrels. The dovetail is offset from center to match the factory barrel profile, and the foot is extra wide to allow for fitting. The blank utilizes a 65-degree dovetail and could be used for custom installations as well.
